We are opening a new office in Riverview, FL. We are looking for experienced people but we would seriously consider a bright individual with NO experience. Our hours of operation are from 9am – 5:30 Mon-Fri. but we can be very flexible for personal situations. We would also be very interested in multi-lingual candidates and in this case we would assign hours that correlate with the country’s time zone that language is from. We are closed for almost all major holidays. We shut down from Christmas through New Year’s day. Pay will be comensurate with experience. There will be a base plus commission structure, so income potential is unlimited. Relocation bonus would be available for the right candidate. Position #1. Office Manager - Skills / Qualifications    a:   Detailed Oriented, Strong organizational skills including ability to multi-task    b:   PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel    c:   Processing of confidential information    d:   Ability to develop relationships with customer, suppliers and support staff at all levels    e:   Ability to work in a team environment and willing to step in where needed POSITIONS SUMMARY: ESSENTIAL TASKS OF THE JOB:    a:   Receiving / Shipping 30-50 small boxes (2 lbs) a month. Domestic and International    b:   Enter shipping information into the computer system    c:   Simple accounting and bank deposits    d:   Count, verify and enter inventory into the computer system    e:   Order Supplies, possibility process sales orders    f:   Tactical and long term Strategic Special Projects SECONDARY TASKS OF THE JOB:    a:   Sign for and cut checks for COD’s    b:   Bank deposits    c:   Simple Payroll    d:   Credit Card reconciliation (work with accountant)    e:   Participate on Teams    f:   Help in Warehouse when requested (light lifting)    g:   General Phones    h:   Opening and Closing the Office    i:   You will be working in our Riverview Florida office but reporting directly to the owner.    j:   Confidentiality and the ability to work unsupervised is a must.! EDUCATION: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Position #2. SALES - Skills / Qualifications Presentation Skills, Internal Communications, Informing Others, Verbal Communication, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Account Management, Prospecting Skills, Persistence, Meeting Sales Goals    a:    Existing account base will be assigned to you.    b:    Analyze current accounts and look for additional opportunities.    c:    You will be expected to maintain and grow your account base.    d:    Frequent outbound phone calls, and building a relationship with your account base will be expected.    e:    You will be expected to learn as much as possible about the semiconductor industry. In & out of the office.    f:    Several incoming leads will be available.    g:    You will be expected to establish new accounts from those leads, as well as prospecting on your own.    h:    Revive inactive accounts using company historical data.    i:    Must be service oriented. Tracking shipments, follow up calls, etc…    j:    Organization is a must.    k:    Keep current accurate records of all customer contacts, jobs, and future needs, then follow up on them.    l:    You will be expected to perform customer service tasks for all accounts if needed.    m:    Perform all other duties as may be necessary from time to time. We are building a team and we expect           a mutual effort on all things    n:    Adequate computer experience a must. We are Windows based. Good internet skills, Excel, Word,          and Outlook will be needed.
